From there, you can select English or your preferred language to restore the interface to English. You can't install the Q Enterprise Messenger because the software has been discontinued. Initially, it was acquired by the AT&T and then discontinued and replaced with the AT&T Messenger which you can download from its official website.
While you are on the website, click on the Get Started and follow the instructions to start the installation and configuration process.
I've searched the web and didn't find anything related to the availability of Q Enterprise Messenger and the possibility to retrieve the messages once they have been deleted from the device/PC. Also, this Messenger doesn't appear to be available anymore. Instead, the AT&T company released another application available for modern devices.

Yes, you can get in touch with the developer using +1.916.843.4685 or 800.331.0500 (USA) phone numbers. Q Messenger is an old application developed by AT&T that has been discontinued and replaced from what it seems with AT&T Messages.
To delete a contact, open the application and locate the Contacts tab. To delete it, tap on a contact and keep the finger tapped until the menu appears. Select delete and wait for synchronization then the account will be deleted.
